The Lodge
Step into an impressive yet graceful creation of true artisan craftsmanship – one that balances beauty with function. From the moment you enter the vestibule and glimpse our expansive hammer beam trusses (made from Franklin, N.C. timbers) and wrought-iron chandeliers, you’ll understand that our lodge was designed and built with the utmost care to support and hold memories that will last a lifetime. The stonework courtyard, ship-lap walls, board and batten exterior – not to mention the synergy of wood, iron, and glass – all combine to inspire without overwhelming. The entire structure utilizes a trusted and increasingly rare construction style known as mortise and tenon, which contributed to the longevity of structures in bygone eras – and will keep our timber frame lodge standing strong and steady through decades of use.
We call it simplified elegance, and we know you’ll love it too. This wholly unique structure creates the perfect ambiance for any type of occasion. You’ll also love the large floor spaces and ease of flow, which can accommodate even the largest parties, including weddings of up to 300 people. A full catering kitchen and outdoor spaces that spill from all sides of our building into the canvas for North Georgia’s landscape- including our manicured courtyard that can comfortably hold 100 people – enhance the experience and the space at your event. While the building may have been crafted using century-old techniques, it is fully supported by modern technology, accommodating all audio and visual needs.

The lodge at Bennett Farms is a sight to behold, but as incredible as this man-made structure is, the breathtaking views framed in our windows and land that embraces our building serve to elevate your experience and complement the splendor and extraordinary show of the natural surroundings. Outdoor Fireplace
There is nothing quite so inviting as a roaring hearth – it provides warmth and comfort and promotes fellowship. At Bennett Farms, our 10×10-foot true masonry fireplace and seating area is the perfect place to gather with friends, family, coworkers, and new acquaintances to celebrate, relax, and enjoy life. This rock, brick, and mortar fireplace is a work of art, featuring all handmade and crafted materials that will stand the test of time.
Fully sheltered, equipped with eating spaces, and surrounded by a magnificent view, you’ll be in perfect contentment as you top off your event with the cheer that only a good fire can bring. Plus, our 5-and-a-half-foot tall firebox drafts so well that you can make any outdoor event comfortable – no matter the temperature.
Bridal Suite
So many little girls dream of the perfect wedding day. The bride will need many things to help make that happen – but how many of those things focus on her alone? At Bennett Farms, we have thoughtfully curated a space that allows the bride to step from dream to reality in an environment that is as comfortable and relaxed as possible on a day when things can get a bit stressful.
Our bridal suite is the perfect refuge. Conveniently located adjacent to the chapel, it will help ensure that your big day is as perfect as the one in your dreams.
Groom’s Dressing Room
The groom spends so much of his time attending to his bride and helping her get ready, that not many people think about what he must do on his wedding day. Well, we did.
Our dressing room affords a place to grab some privacy or spend some time with groomsmen before the big moment. Convenient, spacious, and comfortable, it is a bastion the groom can anchor his day around.
The Kitchen
Good food is not an afterthought – for some people, it even makes the event. That’s why Bennett Farms offers an 877-square-foot, fully functional, catering kitchen so that you can ensure that you get the exact foods and flavors you desire.
We work with a wide range of caterers and understand their needs, so we installed appliances to service a wide range of culinary requirements and party sizes. Whatever your caterer needs, we can provide it.
